Anderson and Kenny are rubbish, the young guy off the bench for the Bronc's looked alright. Penrith defended awesome tonight and i am still scratching my head why Parker got binned.

Kenny is normally better. That's the best Anderson has got. No word of a lie. That's a 10/10 for Ando.

Parker was screaming for the sin-bin and kept going even after Petero go sent. Call was waaay over the top but Corez should know better. Timely bye imo.

Someone needs to tell the Panthers that we aren't playing Rugby Union. Almost every one of their hit ups one player would push behind to gain extra metres.

Panthers were outstanding and showed why they finished 2nd last year.

Broncos really need to address their hooker issues.

Yes it's unfortunate we have so many injuries in the forwards to call on them.

Penrith were just too good tonight, they deserve to be delighted in their performance. Meanwhile us Brisbane fans will lament on how it was just one of those nights.

Agree but it wouldn't matter if they would have TACKLED THE LEGS!! FMD!!

I'm a Queenslander and I've been pimping Gordon for the NSW fullback role for some time, he is the form fullback and Sterlo knows it too. I just love his work ethic and respect him so much more than Hayne. I hope he pulls up okay after tonight.

Watching the delayed match but already knew the result from twitter. We really are having a blinder. Even Purts is having a decent go. He seems to do that when he comes back from a hiatus before reverting to his usual crapness. Maybe it helps that it seems the whole team is firing tonight.

Its been a good week!

Whats the injury to gordon ? Any news from the sideline?

He walked off so that's a good sign. Came out with the team after the game heavily iced knee. He was struggling during the game with an injury. I doubt it's acl or anything but might be a couple of weeks hopefully not.

Plum was huge tonight, love him. Big difference tonight was our passing game hit people on the chest in full stride rather than the usual imprecise sloppiness.

Where has that been all year Penrith? Great team performance.

Broncos fans you scrambled well in defence. The last we played like that it was 40-0 at 1/2 time. So to be 12-10 down showed heart. We were getting carved up by offloads then suddenly it stopped. how come?

We couldn't get a roll on through the middle. Our front row was just really soft (apart from Hala who was okay) and that prevented Glenn and Parker from working their magic. Hodges going off also prevented us from getting a roll on when he's generally so dangerous from dummy half and really good at getting the quick play the ball.

not necessarily...

If parker was using colourful enough insults it would be a clear case of dissent. He certainly didnt look like he was just asking for the penalty to be blown. Looked pretty venomous to me

Panthers came out firing, while the Broncos were expecting an easy night. We got our arse handed over to us, and deservedly so.
Any other night, I'd be fuming at the refs, but I really can't do that if my team's performance was even worse...

Hope it was "the one" crappy performance of the year and we'll resume where we left in 2 weeks. Timely bye to charge batteries and for Hook to fire some rockets up!

Penrith were fantastic tonight if only they can do it more often where the Broncos were flat out terrible no sense of urgency, no care and lack of respect for Penrith led to them to getting thrashed and rightfully so. However, injuries from both sides will effect there season campaign considerably.

Gordon fears he's done his ACL. If so, it's season ending... :?
Tahu will be a while out with a pectoral tear.

Hodges seems to be only a grade 1 hammy, making him hopeful for Origin 1 (not likely thought)
Locky and Hannant seem to be good for Origin.

Penrith got their deserved win, but that'll probably taste more bitter than sweet.

Crap if Gordon's gone for the year or for an extended period then our chances of turning the season around are probably also gone :x

A crying shame for Gordon, he has been in career best form. He was so so good last night.

Tahu may be gone for a while as well. We would miss his experience but we'd miss Flash alot more obviously.
