Funny how everyone thought Souffs would make the 8...based on what exactly! The turnstyle at 7, the overrated bloke at 9, or the bloke who plays 3 good games a year at centre..couple by nuffies like Wesser!

Very dissapointing loss. To be leading in the final minutes and to still lose...twice in a row, is worse than losing like the Sharks each week.

Some promising signs. Been generally pleased with Asotasi and Sandow in the first 2 weeks.

On the negative side, sadly it's time for Wesser to call it quits. We'd have won easily if it wasn't for some key lapses from him. We should play Inglis at fullback and bring in one of young outside backs waiting for an oppurtunity.

Luckily we got the Eels on FNF next week and they suck so we're going to demolish them and get our first win and then just 1 win away from 50%.

The problem with your Inglis to fullback theory is that Inglis is the one player in your team playing worse than Wesser.

cant decide which i enjoyed more.

watching inglis and sandow bring on the lulz, or the "2011 premiers, canberra" getting beaten by noname broncos.

Doubt Inglis would make any difference from fullback, he looked way off pace and he's definitely way too big for it.

Plus he was made to be Idris' bitch.

What has pleased you about letting in the match losing try twice in consecutive weeks?

Inglis is 10kg to heavy to play fullback.

Luckily we got the Eels on FNF next week and they suck so we're going to demolish them and get our first win and then just 1 win away from 50%.
Yeah... and your only 22 wins away from a 22-2 season

Let's not get carried away. 2 games down 22 to go. And against 2 likely top 8 teams we were minutes away from being 2 wins and 0 losses. Easy beats next week, that's where we'll turn it around.

Let's agree to disagree. Inglis is wasted at centre. He should have the #1 on his back from next week.

Will Souffs win a game before Origin..they will be even more useless when Taylor, Inglis, Sutton (maybe), etc are not there. Will be like playing the bye with Lang coaching and Sandow at halfback!

I know it's the wrong thread, but gee it's hard to go back to Channel 9's sh*tty barely SD broadcast after watching Fox's crisp HD.

That's the spirit.
poor BM lulz
Don't pity me. I'm still optimistic. Amongst the obvious disappointments of being 0-2 when you were in a position to win both, there has been some silver linings.

We are nowhere near as hopeless as the Sharks/Cowboys/Eels etc. There's nothing that's happened in the first fortnight that can't be turned around.

Panthers lost their first 3 in 03 and then went on to win the comp. The bloke who coached that team coaches our team now.
