2 Shephards by the Dragons, similar to McCrones not called. Although Players run behind decoys all the time and pass it, just McCrone stopped when Harrison stopped made it look bad. If he played at full pace, it wouldnt have been a penalty, and correctly so as Harrison stopped before impeding Creagh/Cooper's line to the ball carrier.

Watch Boyd every time he gets the ball in a backline movement, the majority of the time he runs behind Creagh. Similar to the Billy Slater move in origin that has been pulled back a few times.
