Realistically chances were over with Gordon's injury, despite the wins against some poor teams like the Titans and Kevin Moore coached Bulldogs. Penrith needed a really good run with injuries to be a chance of the 8 and they didn't get that.

But I ran into him at panthers a few months ago and he started asking me what I was doing etc etc, then turned around and proceeded to mock me and what I do. Proving his still a massive child.

Might have add he was so drunk he was dribbling on himself at the time.

Slater, Proctor and Norrie played well for Storm but it really was a game to forget IMO.

Nothing at all wrong with how Melbourne defends this year. They simply have a better ability so roll the opposotion on to their backs and slow the play the ball. Which in the end wins games.

Slater really showed today why he is head and shoulders above every other fullback in the NRL. It isn't even so much his impact in attack (which is incredible) his defense is just miles ahead of everyone else.
