I had the displeasure of going to school with Trent he was a merrkin then and his a merrkin now on and off the field.

I played footy with Nathan Smith. It was not a pleasant experience. He was an absolute merkin as a youngster too, although he looks to have matured a little.

Listening to Luke Lewis in this interview, I don't think the Panthers will win again this year. I know he's disappointed, but it sounds like he's thrown in the towel for this year and it wouldn't surprise me if some of the rest of the team feel the same.

Thought the same thing, can see a hiding coming their way at the hands of the Tigers next week.

This is what we get for our weak as piss board allowing Elliott and Elliott to drive the club into the ground for five years with shit game plans and ridiculous over the top contracts for numpties.

Now we have to decide whether to watch Broncos vs Warriors or Sharks vs Titans :sarcasm:

Realistically chances were over with Gordon's injury, despite the wins against some poor teams like the Titans and Kevin Moore coached Bulldogs. Penrith needed a really good run with injuries to be a chance of the 8 and they didn't get that.

Is Waterhouse the NRL's dumbest player?

Yes. On $450k to go with it. With him, Simmons, Tighe & Purtell making basic errors every game we will struggle against top sides. Add lack of a 5/8th & not getting the ball to Jennings it's no wonder we struggle.

Memo Ivan get Jennings to ball instead of always going right to the spastics

I went to school with plenty of merrkins most I've come across since leaving have matured and you'd think Trent might have been the same. But I ran into him at panthers a few months ago and he started asking me what I was doing etc etc, then turned around and proceeded to mock me and what I do. Proving his still a massive child.

Might have add he was so drunk he was dribbling on himself at the time.

stay classy storm, dinging that f**king cowbell when he's going for the conversion.

once a cheat always a cheat.

How dare the home crowd try to put off an opposition crowd trying to score points! Its not like we need to read that to confirm it but geez you're a f**king deadshit

A scrappy game from both sides in the first half and the Storm basically got home through stronger structure in attack.

Slater, Proctor and Norrie played well for Storm but it really was a game to forget IMO.

Slater really showed today why he is head and shoulders above every other fullback in the NRL. It isn't even so much his impact in attack (which is incredible) his defense is just miles ahead of everyone else.
