Yes, they are the average reigning premiers and world champions
On this game, Saints should do it but t might not be 20+ points cake walk, which would hardly be good prep for the finals anyway, good chance to practice some defense though.

that was last year, stop living in the past lol .

Us by 9; a Soward penalty first scoring play and Matt Cooper MOM. Shame about all Penrith's injuries-two seasons in a row that has hurt them in the back end of the season.

Penrith have nothing to lose. I reckon they'll be giving the ball alot of air and will be trying to run our forwards ragged. Danger game for Saints.

Don't really see the point of Luke Lewis coming back underdone for just a single game. Worst case scenario, he does some serious damage to the shoulder in a nothing game to end the season.

real motive......I really just want him to sit out, he's the biggest danger for the Saints ;-). Panthers are a 10 point better team with him in the side.

Lewis will get traffic all game, he wont last any longer then 60 min. Why risk more damage to a shoulder that is already very suspect.

Lewis wants to play to get a game before the Four Nations and to show Sheens he is still available.

As for Goosie, give it a rest mate! You are making all the Penrith fans here look bad...

I'm nervous about this one, Penrith are certainly capable of scoring plenty of points. Some of the tries we conceded v the Warriors last week were atrocious. Need to start well I think

Now that Saints have returned to the winners circle, I think the huge boost in confidence will see them give a good account of themselves v the Panthers. I expect a much improved defensive effort (I also expect Gasnier would have been told by Bennett during the week to stop leaving his post and creating holes for the opposition) and to continue the slick looking attack that was evident last week. I hope the Panthers really test the defence (without being able to crack it) and that we pull away in the end. Prediction 28-0 Saints.

Was it really necessary to say that in 3 seperate posts?

In all seriousness, i think Petero and House playing means Penrith will play with a lot of passion tonight and will be desperate for a win.
