A great defensive effort from both sides i thought ... with each team have chances to score when close to the opponents try line but just not being able to get the job done.

Brisbanes new defensive attitude is fantastic, i really hope we can keep it up for the entire season 8)

On the Beale try, i thought it all looked OK .... Wallace tried to pass the ball backwards and dropped it backwards, and it bounced backwards. maybe we should give the ref a bit of credit as he obviously saw nothing wrong with it and made the call on the spot. If he had any doubt he would've gone upstairs for sure.

Take your goggles off. The player who picked up the ball was in front of Wallace so it obviously went forward and he was offside (penalty).

I think the defence of both sides was excellent, however we made way too many stupid mistakes at crucial times and were struggling to make metres

Everyone was ok with it 'til they saw the replay - then realised Wallace had knocked it on. Both radio and TV commentators were both surprised it wasn't referred and therefore disallowed.

Look at the position of Wallace's hands, they're facing backwards, he lets it go there and is then driven backwards as the ball hits the deck creating the optical illusion.

It was dusty, should have been referred, but it was worthy of a BotD try.

Should have been sent up for a look no doubt.
I remember being quite annoyed at some ref calls in the same game last year. So, I'm not to upset about the calls going our way this year.

I called knock on before the replay. I could see the ball drop and the player who picked it up was in front of him

Nice goggles, can I borrow them?

Either way, the Dogs put a try right back on us from an opportunity that probably wouldn't have presented itself if the try wasn't awarded.

Apart from the Barba brilliance, the Dogs had nothing. Broncos dominated and did what they needed to win the game. Another victim to the excellent defence structure that they have developed.

Of course your goggles aren't clouding your vision are they ...

.. i just watched the replay champ, and you're wrong on both counts .... but i don't expect you to come out and admit it.

Wallace lost the ball BACKWARDS, and the player that picked it up was BEHIND HIM.

Try !!!

I didn't see the incident, and I could care less. What I saw of the game, the Broncos were by far the better team and deserved to win.

I feel ill that I'm going to cheering for an 8th straight win for the Brocnos next week, but Craig Bellamy will make an official apology for the Storm cheating before I cheer for the f**kers, no matter how much I might want to see their opponents lose one.

Refereeing was pretty piss poor, come to expect that in brisbane however, but I can't blame that for the dogs losing, they played like busted arseholes, hodko/keatings kicking game was woeful, and too much drop ball, the better team won

That's hilarious.

The Broncos dominated and were the better team, but 20-12 doesn't suggest "we had nothing". The fact it was 20-12 after 50-odd minutes and the same score at fulltime suggests we actually showed some quality defence late in the game.

With all due respect - Waldron and Matt whatsisname are the ones who need to apologise. Bellamy's the coach, not the financial controller, COO or CEO.

Thats right - YOUR team had nothing without Barba! Until his moment of brilliance, the Dogs were showing less than F%#k all! So then they show some spine after that for a period of time but the Broncos were clearly the better team on the night.....

 That's possibly one of the dumbest things I've heard.

To counter, may I suggest your team was nothing without Devcich? :)
