Obviously he wouldn't have that easy of a time against QLD but he's still miles ahead of any other option we have at #6 in attack, and as for defense. We're picking five eighths based on defense? What's the point of only letting in 1 or 2 tries if we're so hopeless with the ball that we can't score 2 or 3 ourselves.

Taking into account both his strengths and weaknesses, Soward is clearly our best option.

The only thing Soward would bring is his kicking game.

Mullen, Gidley, Keating, even Sutton would be better Origin players than Soward. Campese should be a walkup start if he was fit, and obviously Carney if he wasn't f**ked in the head. Even fat Feleti plays well in big games.

The Blues have a lot of centre options. Maybe they should only play with 1 half and use Hayne as a playmaker with Lyon at 6.

One more thing: am I the only one who has noted the role played by Lockyer and Thurston's kicikng game in Queensland's success? Even if all Soward offers is a kicking game, he'll improve our chances. Of course, the jealous prick opposition supporters are wrong as Soward offers much more than just a kicking game.

I'm sure poopoo knows more about Origin than Gould, Joey and Fittler. I mean whst did they ever do at Origin level? Besides win.

Clearly Soward is a fast learner... Daley said this week that Soward is questioned for Origin because he doesn't take the line on... well he did that today and set up 3 tries... best kicking game in the game and can kick goals... proven against Souths he can handle Inglis and Taylor defensively, so should be in as far as I am concerned...

And maybe Sandow should be the NSW 7 because he was MoM against the Sharks.

When's the last time Soward played well against a good side?

Now I know you're having a laugh. When was the last time he had a bad game full stop?

The stupid shit you spout, I'd swear you're a NSW selector.

When's the last time anyone at the Dragons had a bad game? That's the Uncle Wayne factor at work.

But not having a bad game isn't the same as having a good game. Greg Inglis has plenty of bad games but he's the first one picked for rep matches.

I said a good side mate.

The 2010 Roosters weren't a good side - how can they be considered a good side when they were wooden spooners in 2009 and they'll go close again this year?
The 2009 and 2011 form of the Roosters had no bearing on their being a good side in 2010... there might have been better teams, but they all fell away when it mattered. They did what they had to do to get through to the GF... Hell even Parra was a good side the back end of 2009... despite a crap 2010/11.

So now you're saying because he's coached by the best since Gibson, that's why he's no good. All that skill and knowledge will magically disappear in a week away from Wayne?

Mate, you need to distribute what you're on. You'll be able to buy Parra a premiership.

No mate we were just a lucky side and our luck ran out on grand final day, same as the Roosters.

Eels
2008 Missed finals
2009 Grand finalists
2010 Missed finals

Roosters
2009 Wooden spooners
2010 Grand finalists
2011 Not looking good

Two shit sides jagging a grand finals appearance. It's becoming an annual event.
