I just like the idea of Carney at fullback, it would piss Eels' fans and Raiders' fans off so bad. Also it would give us the opportunity to have a bonus play maker.

I like it too

1 Carney
6 Hayne
7 Pearce

That said i am Ricky Stuart............

I love reading post city country threads.

There's not a bit of club bias or rivalrly hatred whatsoever by the majority of posters...............

By the way, Tariq, best on ground.

:D

So Farah has his first decent(at best) performance in how long? and is now the best hooker in NSW, the Tigers fans on here are deluded.

Ricky should just get over his pigheadedness and put Hayne there, but if he doesn't he should go 100 per cent pigheaded and put Carney there to show how far he is willing to go before admitting he's wrong. I am surprised he didn't put Soward there last year to be honest.

I did not watch the match but it is really amazing how some players can be seen as both the best and worst player on the park.

Hinchcliffe was solid at worst, and I thought Bird was outstanding with his runs.

According to the guys on the Footy Show today Stuart is eyeing Wallace for Origin, not Pearce. He was good today but whether it's enough to change Sticky's mind...

I thought Coote did well for City even though he's no chance of playing for NSW. Hayne was quiet and is clearly not anywhere close to 100%.

Mullen was MIA at times. Carney must have the 5/8 wrapped up now.

Farahs combination with Pearce was formidable. Their style complemented one another.
Farahs kicking game was sublime as was Pearce, Farahs D was solid and service from dummy half was crisp. They actually looked like they were enjoying it.

To all the Farah knockers(non-wests tigers fans), put your state ahead of your club allegiances for a moment please, as much of a merkin you may think he is, he most definitely is NSWs best option.

To all those Novacastrians, Bedsy was a great servant to NSW, but he's 34, he's been mediocore at best and he can't play 80 minutes anymore.

1. Hayne
6.Carnery
7.Pearce
9.Farah

Let's go you BLUES!

Have you watched a Knights game this year? He's been very good certainly not mediocre.

Have the Knights supporters forgotten how ineffectual Buderus was at origin between 2006-2008? Farah and Ennis were pretty inept but they were just carrying on Buderus' legacy. The best NSW hooker in recent memory was Craig Wing with an honourable mention to Kidley.

No just no, I can recall Queensland dominating us and scoring points whenever Murray took him off though.

I've watched all their games. I recall a few instances where Stirlo was being his usual self beating up Buderus for SOO only for Buderus to knock on only plays later lol, many simple errors on many occasions. Are you disputing the fact that he lacks any sort of creativity and that he can't play 80 minutes anymore?
