I agree, but I don't know if there was really an obstruction that mattered. If he'd just gone for the tackle instead of trying to milk a penalty like a defeatist wuss I reckon he would have got there. Trying to milk that one cost him i reckon, the ref thought "bullshit" maybe. I'd need to see the replay again, but it looked ok to me on first blush although I accept there's a few question marks over it.

This. He had plenty of time to recover and was nowhere near Hodges, just a slack play and that's all it is.

Same old story with NSW starting up strongly but failing to keep up the pace largely due to the halves being no match for Queensland. There is no conspiracy.
