In fact, I really feel for you guys. The Eels are an old and established club, with a magnificient history. I can well remember the good old days with Sterlo, Price and company. I guess you guys are as puzzled as many of us are, with current form, but I am sure the future will hold better prospects.

I sure some people don't think before they type; I know I have been guilty of that on one or two occasions.

Having said that, no one should wish serious injury to any player, especially to their own team. After all they are playing to the best of their ability and trying to do the best for their team.

But I don't understand why people are bringing Souths up in a gamethread covering a game that Souths are not involved in. Yes we are The Pride of the League, but even The Pride doesn't have to be discussed in every bloody thread.

ON TOPIC, an average team in the Dragons is still much better than the comps worst team in the Eels.

The Raiders, like the Eels, are struggling. They both have shit coaches. But the Raiders have a good squad and could be top 4 contenders with a better coach. The Eels also have a crap coach but IMO they wouldn't be much higher on the ladder even with a different coach.

I'm not comparing them across 1 game. I'm comparing them across the whole season (and last season as well).

Eels: ordinary squad coached by a poor coach.
Raiders: good squad coached by a poor coach
