Bullshit call. It was a tackle, not a shoulder charge. High contact was incidental.

Mind you, no. 17 for the Sharks was well offside and came within 10m.

Sharks are certainly playing smart, they know the broncos forwards are thin, very thin tonight with so many on origin duty. Up the middle is where they are winning it. Not gonna write the Baby broncos off just yet though

No doubt to be consistant, Wade is in trouble.

But Hoffman owned, that was icing.

At seen that for a while.

Well Teo was going for a shoulder charge. Graham was going for a regular tackle (trying to wrap him up in goal) and the player ducked- could have ducked his head into any part of the tackler.

The previous two tackles on Hoffman were the same, and the referees didn't have an issue with them.

I'd like to see what the Broncos have here. When one team fires up, I expect the opposition forwards to lift. They've still got some very good players, the Broncos but you've got to give it to the Sharks... They're playing very well.

Graham can't be held responsible for Hoffman trying to duck under the tackle.

Hoffman did not duck. Hoffman went in very upright with a shoulder and hit him flush in the head with it. Intent is irrelevant when it's reckless. The margin of error in a charge like that is low, you want to try it fine but screw it up and 🔫

The tackle wasn't reckless, hell Graham hit him in exactly the same way only a minute earlier without giving a penalty.
