Under the tutorage of Bennett and Bellamy, Kearney obviously tried to adopt a defensive minded game plan. Like the knights earlier this year, the team didnt exactly take to it too well. Give them some freedom, and their attacking flair comes out.

After the defensive games of previous years we have seen a shift back towards great attacking footy this year with the Dogs and Rabbits leading the way. There are 5 (Dogs, Rabbits, Storm, Cowboys and Warriors) teams on track to beat the best attacking side from last year (Manly).

No surprise that 4/5 of those teams make up the current top 4.
