What Griffin had to say about Teo being place on report. I completely agree with him:
"It's a contact sport ... it's a shoulder charge, all of a sudden they're illegal," Griffin said.
"It's a collision sport, he's not trying to attack the head of the guy.
"If he hadn't stunned the guy that well and he had got up and played the ball it would have been play on.
"If it's going to be like that, they've just got to ban shoulder charges - be like rugby union.
"I don't know if I want to get like rugby union."
As far as the game goes, the Broncos attack was pretty lackluster and really switched off in the last 10 minutes or so. Tigers were bad, but with a little help from the Broncos (and the refs), they managed to get close on the scoreboard. It really should have been a thrashing, if only the Broncos could manage to put together 80 minutes of decent footy!
On a side note, I've been impressed with Wallace this year. He's really stepped up now that Locky's gone. Hannant and Hodges were good again tonight too.
We've had a better start to the season than I expected. 2nd on the ladder!
