To me that was a very sloppy play that I'd like to see penalised as a shepherd.

DCE stuttered his run behind the decoy runner who ran through and made contact with the defence. Can't stand decoys deliberately taking out defenders regardless of whether or not a player runs directly behind them or not.

It's fair play the way Harrigan has them "interpreting" the rule ATM, but to me it's wrong

It stopped Austin from being able to slide, Burns had to jam in which caused the overlap. Manly absolutely got an advantage from it.

They're 11th (on points difference) currently. I think that is fairly accurate position for them. Maybe they'll finish a little lower.
