I liked our halves today, not so worried about losing Campese for the season now. Williams just needs to take a bit more control and stop standing offside at the play the ball.

I think Williams was almost the worst player on the field today TBH.

Couldn't split Dugan & Stewart. They are two completely different fullbacks. Stewart's got him covered though, apart from kick returns and kicking.

Its a pick your poision decision
both bring completely different aspects to the fullback position, its up to the coach to pick the one who best fits in with his plans

I think Stewart would be my choice just over Dugan at this stage simply because of Dugan chiming into the backline too much and killing it off. Good choices to have though

Very good battle between the two today.

If you could combine Stewart's defence with Dugan's attack (based on today's game only) then you'd have an unstoppable player.

The thing with Dugan is he was never actually a playmaker and has been forced into the role. He will get better at setting his outside man up as he evolves. I remember his kicking game when he first got into first grade it was bloody awful, but in a year and a bit of working on it he is the best kicker at the club. Not thats a big brag or anything but his kicking game is certainly above average.

He is a player who has been forced into a role and he is basically carrying the Raiders at this point. So yeah he isn't the best at setting up a player but that was never really his game.
