This could be the match of the Round depending on if the Dragons turn up to play. They're desperate to stay in contention whilst the Rabbits are eyeing the top 4. Expect big things.

Rabbits by 10 although I hope Merge give them a pasting.

Very, very dangerous game for us. Souths beat us by one point without Inglis. Respect must be shown to Souths this year. But, I'm hoping the win today carries over with confidence on the training paddock, etc. Anyways, should be a cracker of a game. It'll be close. I'll take anything, so Dragons by one point.

The first match against Merge was hard fought. I'm kind of happy Merge beat Cronulla, the boys might have been complacent if the Dragons had lost another one. Dragons have struggled to put together back to back victories this year too

Our record against non top 8 teams and in Sydney is excellent. A non top 8 team in Sydney, 2012 history suggests we're near certainties to win. If only it were that easy.

But still, I'd be surprised if they trouble us. They just don't have points in them.

Even though we'll need 20+ to win this, I think we are a massive chance. Our attack is hopefully starting to click

The Roosters stole the game from Souths in Rd 1 and when we played the Roosters on Anzac day we did it to them.

Souths paid the Roosters back tonight. What odds the Dragons beating Souths with a try on the bell next Saturday?

Couldn't be FNF coz we played Monday, but it's a disgrace that it's not the Sunday arvo 9 game. Souths v St George shits on Panthers v Roosters.

GI got hurt tonight, hopefully it's nothing major but if he does miss some time I think this is still a game we can win with Merritt at #1.

Luke's tackle was nothing but I could see the judiciary f**king us and giving him a week off.

Even with that too, we should still win.

Peats is possibly the best back up hooker in the comp...

Probly not actually... but he'd be close

Agreed, in Peats and Merritt I don't know of any other team with such good depth in 2 key positions.

I doubt we'd do much in September without GI and Luke, but we can win games in the next couple of weeks without them if necessary.

I dunno about that, he still has youth against him. But he would be starting hooker at many clubs

We also aren't anywhere near as good with him as we are with Luke

I'm a bit worried about this one to be honest. I'll just enjoy tonight's win for now and worry about this game later in the week :)

Won't be easy if Inglis is out

And if Issac is suspended i would find it hard to back Souths. Pretty much everything we do goes through one of those 2 guys.

i expect Luke to miss at least one game. May do him good as well to freshen up before the last games running into finals. Also we should rest Inglis. Mcqueen was awesome and played major role in both of the last two tries for Souths. With our current forward strength , if Inglis is rested , would like to see McQueen tried at centre.
