Draw would have been a fair indication of how shit both sides are.

Seriously even if Penrith had a better than average backline it's hard to see what they'd achieve behind a forward pack of powder puffs.

I thought the pass to Simmons that was given a try was worse then the one called back in extra time. How that Hayne play the ball was fine is anyones guess.

Saying that we are just terrible. Couldn't stop offloads. Siejka showed bugger all. Why does Ciraldo stand at 1st reciever flat footed then pass it. Hard to believe we have a game plan.

honestly... in golden point, id rather either team win it via their own effort as opposed to a ref giving them the win. even if it means my own team losing, i want teams to win it. there is nothing more deflating than a team standing by as a penalty kick is given. not to mention we will have flops galore (which we already do to some extent)

how about the elbow to sandow's head correct me if im wrong but the roosters got a try taken away against manly for the same thing

As I often tell skeepe, there's no use blaming the refs - it all comes out in the wash.

The games we've lost are about even with the games we've won from dud calls.

Didnt consider it a game worth watching - unusual for a saturday night.

Turned it on with 3 to go in extra time. The Panthers had a chance to set up for a field goal in their last set but had an aimless set of 6 with sideways movement & soft hit-ups. They started about 30 out from their own line & played the 5th 40m out, which wasn't in field goal territory. A good kick saw them get it to Hayne near his own line,

Parra proceeded to smartly do what the Panthers didn't. Dummy half runs, hard runs 1 off the ruck & look for offload after hitting the line (like Hindy).

Dunno what transpired in the previous 87 minutes but if that 3 minutes was an indication, Panthers have got some problems.

Can't believe how Penrith fell apart in the last 15. Some stupid decisions to keep kicking on the 4th tackle when you're playing for field position with the scores close. Especially considering how often they did it and predictable it was for Hayne at the back.

Over and over this year once Parra fall behind and think they've lost and stop playing to Kearneys plan...they start going good. Coincidence?

they didn't really deviate from the plan last night. Panthers try to Etu was just luck from a bad drop ball from Hayne. and the second trry in the second half was just soft really. other then that i thought Parra kept playing the same type of footy from start to finish, right from the get go Hindy was trying to offload etc. our game chaged when Paulo came on the field though he played well. So did Morgs
