Seriously, WTF do you have to do to get sin-binned these days?

The head wasn't driven into the ground (which would be a send-off in my book), but it was an extremely dangerous position - so surely that's worth ten?

Sin bin not available for those situations.

Honestly, does nobody know the rules?

No send off for O'Donnell.

We'll still have Rooster fans telling us how the refs are out to get them though.

Can Benji get any worse?

LOD should have been sent. Blatant, and after the tackle was already completed.

Cordner gone, O'Donnell no doubt will be having a lengthy stint as well you'd think/ All of a sudden the Roosters don't look quite as imposing with 2 big men down.

Every time LOD comes up against his old club it's a spiteful encounter. I don't know whether it's a case of the Tigers' players geeing him up or LOD harbouring some resentment against the club for cutting him in 2003. It may also have something to do with that infamous Bronson Harrison tackle.

I believe it was Fulton not Harrison in 2007, O'Donnell went on about it saying it was a dirty tackle etc, seeming adamant that it was intentional. In 2008 they have a dust up and IIRC O'Donnell and Fulton didn't shake hands after the game. If it adds anything to the theory Fulton was the one who took over from O'Donnell when he went to the Cows. Either there was some ill-feeling or the Tigers know how to push his buttons.

That tackle on Simona was dirt.

We've looked fairly flat the last two rounds. O'Donnell has been solid for us this season, but he f**ks up heaps. Cordner is a champion, him not being a part of the side that wins the 2013 NRL grand final will be sad.

14 penalties in a half should never happen.

I know it's taboo to congratulate union on anything, but their application of the rule where a team can be given a general warning and next to infringe goes to the bin has plenty of merit. That rule exists in league as well but isn't used.

Last Monday the half time penalty count was 8-8, this week, two different teams, and it's 8-6. Clearly conceding a penalty isn't a deterrent. If players don't get the message, they should be sitting down

Technically, and I'm not entirely sure what loading he'd be carrying, he'd almost be a clean skin after a couple of years in England. Could be a few weeks rather than a lengthy stint.

If we go by the judiciary's last 2 weeks - in which a bloke who almost ripped a guys nuts off and another put a god damned crocodile death roll ankle lock on another - LOD is looking at 1 week tops.

Doesn't play for souffs though so he'll rightfully get the full 4-5 weeks or whatever a grade 4-5 lifting nets you.

Refs have lost complete control of this game. Tigers are just infringing at will every tackle, holding down, flopping in, breaking early, the works. Penalties could be 12 or 15-8 in favour of easts if they were being fair dinkum. Instead we get to watch this turd.

Be interesting to see how the roosters come out this half. You'd have to think Robbo would be peeling the paint off the walls with his halftime spray
