Knights have been so lucky that the Tigers and Cowboys simply didn't turn up at all,if the Raiders turn up and actually play normal unlike the Tigers/Cowboys then they will win

Give the Knights some credit. Both the Tigers and the Cowboys scored first, it's not like either of them were thrashed from the opening like Knights were against Manly.

Either a trend is going to start developing where every team we play against "plays badly"... and people will have to look at all the other reasons we're winning, or a trend won't develop, and they'll all be correct.

Too early in the season to know either way... but there is genuine cause for optimism in our camp. We're playing like a completely new team. We haven't seen a Knights team do what they did in Rounds 1 and 3 for a long time - not since Joey. Round 2 pretty much followed the usual script for that match, though.

At 32-0 raping that Helen Keller saw coming. We don't play well at Brookvale. Ever. You know how you always beat the Dragons... even when you're shithouse and they're awesome? Same deal.

Personally I think it's naive to even suggest that there's any true form on the board this early in the season. We have been good twice out of thrice, and with double the good football than bad on the board, it's certainly not losing form. I hope we can say we played good football twice as much as we played bad football come the end of the season.

2 from 2 at home and both by big margins. Hopefully that is a recurring pattern when playing at Hunter Stadium. That said, I'd like to see 50 put on the Raiders. Thirty odd points would be a little disappointing. Possibly third time lucky that the opposition don't want to have a go against us????? I'm sure that will be the excuse if Newcastle just happen to win again.
