Video refs were getting them correct when the rule was black and white for a few weeks. Contact = no try, you knew what was and what wasn't.

It had its fault then as well. Attackers were getting robbed when defenders making the wrong choice counted as obstruction.

It should be based on what the defender does. If he clearly goes for the decoy, try, if he doesn't, no try. Refs cant even get that right.
