Surely there are refs in NZ who have reffed since they were juniors that can do a better job. The guys who do the Warriors NSW Cup games seem ok.

Perenara is dreadful, and shows that fast tracking ex players into the NRL ranks doesn't work.

The problem Samoa has and probably always will have is that they get guys playing for them at the end of their career or at the start. Once guys like Simona, Lafai, Moga develop they'll be playing for NZ or Australia.

Same for Tonga/Fiji etc.

Great effort Samoa, unlucky in the end. Played with more purpose and intensity throughout.
