Gotta feel for Samoa, they probably should have won both there games thus far tbh

could've, would've, should've...
Always thought they'd trouble whoever they play and with more international experience might go all the way. Exciting times ahead if these kind of tournaments get more support.
Kiwis were a bit off but that's because Samoa took it to them

Might have been a chance too had Milford been there instead of Roberts.

Gotta do something about that, players born in Australia with islander heritage should be able to play both, provided they choose that nation over Australia. It would make the international game much stronger and doesn't take anything away from origin since they are still genuine Qlders or NSWelshman.

What about the scavengers NSW, already trying to claim Joey Laluia as their own.
No wonder the international game struggles.
They are the parasites of international rugby league.
And i am sure Daniel Tupou fells the same pull as many Polynesians boys feel towards their own nation.
No wonder Falou left.

This Joey Laluia?

Parish has had a massive ricky stuart type whinge that Samoa got done by biased refereeing, foul play etc etc. The refereeing was awful, but it went both ways...

Good game, so hope samoa gets up against the aussies, the whinge fest would be awesome.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the whole Origin must play for Australia an ARL thing and has nothing to do with international eligibility rules? There needs to be a way to change things so guys who have legitimate claims to play Origin aren't ruled out because they wish to represent their nation.

No way Samoa should be losing guys like BJ, Moga, Simona etc.
Yeah, Origin is run by the ARL and has nothing to do with international RL. The problem is that the ARL demand that players must declare for Australia in order to play Origin, Milford for example would have been playing for Samoa in this tournament but he can't because he wants to play Origin and so had to commit to Australia at international level even though he probably won't ever be selected for the Kangaroos. It's completely unnecessary and the ARL are deliberately stifling the international game by not allowing these blokes to play Origin and represent their country.

So what? He played for Samoa and he played the best game of his life, so he obviously played proudly. This should mean his allegiance has been declared and he shouldn't play SOO, or even if he does, he should still be allowed to play for Samoa (and not sit on the back benches for the cheating Aussies).
