22 rounds of NRL, a break after 11 weeks for Origin, ESL does the same so NZ and England can alternate between home and away series.

Apart from that I don't see it happening outside of the very rare NZ and England tours.

Was frustrated when Kangaroos pulled out of international footy next year but seems like we've got something even better with the three-test series up in England next year.

When the four nations is held in the UK in 2016, they should have the double header at Wembley again like they did in 2011. but England should play New Zealand in one of the two matches (instead of Australia). With proper promotion (especially off the back of the 2013 RLWC semi final), that match could draw a big crowd. Huge potential there.
