Queensland are a very pale shadow of the great sides of previous years.

Slater is like an old man. Hodges still dangerous at times but this must be his last year. DCE wasn't 100% fit. Inglis not involved much. Smith and Thaiaday tried hard.

This side is on its last legs. A lot of new faces next year. Inglis to fullback.

Just like the Aussie cricket team went to shit after all the stars retired, so will happen to Queensland.

How did Farah? By nearly scoring at the end when we were protecting a lead and by putting a good kick for Tupou who for whatever reason didn't think that the game plan was to kick for him? Farah was excellent. He was the only kicker on either side who found space with long kicks. Not one of his kicks was caught on the full. He also made the most tackles and he pretty much made it his mission to nullify Daly Cherry-Evans who went very quiet after Farah belted him a couple of times.
