Just like all those punch drunk boxers have sent that sport to the wall, right? And all those old NHL players have killed professional hockey...

You can only sue if you can prove that there was negligence. The NFL for example are in the shit because there were studies done into their game which they dismissed. There is no such problem here as we've had a ban on head contact (what the NFL didn't have, and now do) for generations.
