Roberts has been better than Mullen this year. I don't think putting Gidley in the halves improves anything at all, the opposite in fact. But if he wanted to drop a half it should be Mullen.

By no stretch of the imagination was he good last week, he was just considerably less shit because he touched the ball less at fullback compared to dummy-half. When he did get into dummy-half, he made sure to throw an ankle ball for old times sake.

Bennett is taking the piss and must be thinking Gidley could be our McCrone.

Tyrone has been poor (Mullen too) but in what universe is replacing him by an even worse player considered a genuine solution?
