We played fairly well I thought and the scoreline has flattered the Panthers. But we were nowhere near the better team tonight.

We were sleeping for most of the game apart from the 10-15 minutes after half time.

Scoreline is pretty much fair, we never looked like scoring.
Refs and Leuluai didn't help but only one finals contender was playing like they meant it today.

Congrats Panthers

Panthers looking good, I think they can give the roosters a bit of shake next week.

We still have a backline defense that needs tinkering.

Jenko and company will tear through us if we don't get this right.

Should be a battle royale between Idris and SBW.

Every team is shit around here when they lose.

Just couldn't get any momentum for a variety of reasons, just need to fix the ones that are within our control.

Should be an interesting off season. McFadden was thrown a bit of a hospital pass 5 rounds in. Expecting a few staff changes at the very least. Bit late for any major signings, but if the latest rumours are anything to go by a few players are getting the shoulder tap and being told to look elsewhere.

As is every player.

Start the season with Townsend/Lolohea is the 6 and throw leuluais money at a prop and we might do ok.

Mogg is leaving too, yes?

Need something in the forwards. Mateo, Bakuya, Matagi, Lousi I just don't rate as defenders and that's half our bloody pack.

When you put them alongside Friend who is always an easy target your just inviting the opposition to get a roll on.

I don't know about Mogg. He was brought in after Cappy took charge so if he does leave I would say it's for his reasons.

Tui Lolohea needs to be there next season. I'd look to play Lolohea or Townsend at 6 and Leuluai can go back to the bench.

I'd love us to sign Matai

At times this year we really defended aggressively and stopped teams on their tracks.
Its the same guys out there, Its an attitude problem

can't believe broncs fans are cheering on the panthers, who would have thought after all their internet fighting. i really hope they meet in the finals!

broncs mos def deserved to go thru out of parra & NZ, both clubs should be ashamed of the shit they showed the last few weeks.

it's a shame the crap no attack dogs have made it, newi should have got thru if they pissed boyd off & moved gidley to fb earlier.

Not sure why we didnt make a play for Robinson. Penrith dont want him and he probably would have taken the chance to come home.

I really think if we are to step up next year we need to blood a couple of youngsters(Lisione namely) and have gubb and Sam Lousi play more.

Cowboys will smash the broncos. They are only making up the numbers.

tbh so would we, but id rather have gotten smashed in the finals than to have not made them.

At times against teams who didn't really show up. Bukuya, and Matagi both have tackle percentages of less than 90% which is pretty abysmal for NRL first graders. Mateo is barely over that mark but probably only because he can't be bothered attempting any more tackles than he has to.

Anyone can get up for the occasional effort, but we have too many forwards who can't do it consistently. If the forwards are inconsistent the backs have no chance.

Well done Panthers. Excellent season. Great result to finish top 4. And, of course, you were the better team tonight.

And well done Broncos for making up the numbers instead of us
