Souths faced a premiership contender and were just beaten by a tough and classy team in a tight contest.

Tigers faced a rubbish team in humid conditions and got a bunch of points to boost their morale.

What this equates to is...one team will come into this game with an over inflated sense of achievement and underachieve. The other team will come in having fought a tough battle and hungry to get back on the right track. Expect south's to make a statement at the expense of a tigers team that will go no where this season.

Jeez, looks like I should trust my dreams more often.

Actually, what I find funny the most was the one area I felt would win the game for Souths did so for Wests.

Well, a square up implies that the penalties even out. Hard to square up when you are leading.

The term you are annoyed with is leg up penalties.

That is gold a square up when in front,souths can't handle penalties,as they win the penalties nearly every week.

If their reported players get a week, then the Raiders pack can not only match them, but dominate them, which is all they need to do.

Souths outside backs are umpteen levels below Canberra's.

I wouldn't be surprised if Canberra puts 30 on Souths next week (especially if Inglis misses the game and they cop some suspensions)

Nine day turn around I think only Luke will be injured out of the game, and we should get Tom Burgess, McQueen and Walker back. I think only Lowe might be in trouble cause he has loading, not much in the rest
