I don't think Gidley's standing in our club can protect him much longer. Clydsdale is obviously far, far better... and Gidley is a major fault in our team.

Considering Gidleys efforts, the penalty count, being a man short and Melbourne being camped in our half, can't fault the effort from the rest of the boys.

Yeah, other than Gidley we played well. We're gonna be fine IMO. Just need our playmakers back and Clydsdale to get some more match fitness so Gidley gets less game time.

The captain shouldn't be spazzing out no matter what, most other captains would be sensible enough to keep a cool head and not lose it through stupid mistakes like that.

Screw the refs... we were in that game up to our eyeballs and Gids took any opportunity we had to win it away with stupid play after stupid play.

Aku wasn't much better but at least made some amends with some good attacking play. Gidley has no redeeming qualities. He's holding back Clydsdale, and that pisses me off all on it's own, disregarding any of the other factors at play.

A fair few positives to take out of tonight for us. Clydsdale was brilliant in his time on the field on both sides of the ball, our forwards muscled up and our fringe guys are as threatening as ever. Even our halves went alright... Roberts was very good, and Dobson was good enough.

:lol: Missing Jamie Soward is nothing like missing Mullen or Boyd

You take out the years of his career wasted under Steve Price and his career is very much the same quality as those guys. Boyd is too scared to see how he can go without Bennett.

People can hate on Sowie all they want. But right now he has won 2/2 games with Panthers, has 4 try assists, a 40/20, has had damn near pinpoint kicking with every kick he has put in and came up with the match winning play against Bulldogs.

He plays against Storm, and we have the extra 2 points in us to win that game. His kicking game is equal to any player, and is as good as ever. His little chip kick and cgase, regather and pinpoint kick for Simmons was an epic play letdown by a slow winger. Still nailed both kicks.

Enjoy sitting equal last with no wins though. Our only loss came without our 5/8, just as all the Knights losses have. But apparently thats not comparable because you biased fans only rate other teams players based on their worst games. Instead of their best like you do your own fellas.
