It's certainly more of a strip than most stripping calls. He had his arm there and pulled the ball out. Intentional or not, that's not something the refs can consider in that split second.
It looked like a strip to me live, after a few replays maybe not. But the refs don't get a few replays right there on the spot.

Great game, i feel as if the first 20 minutes cost the broncos it in the end but. If they didn't show up half asleep i reckon they probably would have gotten there. Nonetheless, some good signs from them, definitely much improved.

The broncos shouldn't be complaining. They had a zero tackle inside Souths half with a couple minutes to go....

.... then proceeded to put on 5 of the most limp-wristed hit ups ever seen on a footy field to only gain about 18m in 6 tackles, finished off with a shithouse attempt at field goal that was rightfully charged down (although would be interesting to check if Burgess was onside).

Broncos simply do not have a clutch player amongst em and it cost them the 2 points.

Also, Barba is vying for worst player in the game along with Carney atm. Bloody woeful
