Admittedly watching it live I thought he was held up, even off the first replay you couldn't see anything conclusive.. But that second video clearly showed the ball flat on the ground, if that wasn't enough evidence to overturn a decision then they might as well scrap them. because it isn't working.

It needs to be 100%, not just enough to over turn the decision.
There was no way the ball wasn't on the ground but the best view had his arm on the ground in between the camera and the ball, thus blocking the view ever so slightly. In no view did we see white directly on the green, but given how vertical the ball was and how much was showing above the arm it had to be touching the grass.
All part of the silly new rule.
