Steve Price on the NZ coverage is questioning whether DCE will wanna play for Australia if he only gets 8 minutes off the bench lol

Cordner wasn't even in the starting side a week ago, and now he is playing 80. Odd.

Been the best of Australia's backrow though.

Is this a gee up???? Definitely found his feet in the second half but youve gone a little too far and shown no respect to Greg Bird. Man is a legend.

Watch his one on one defense. Like a f**king bear when he gets hold of someone.

Attack he's workmanlike, but nothing spectacular.

Yeh he's a good one on one tackler but what else has he got to his game? His workrate for 80 mins is average and offers very little in attack

He has a cooler acronym but he'll still be on the wing for the next 10 years.

Also to the other Panthers fan, a backrow is made up of three players.

In 5 years:

Cordner
Cartwright
Gillett

But where does that leave x teams highly rated junior who hasn't even played a game of NRL yet?

I think you're underestimating his work rate a bit, especially if you're going off stats. You'll rarely see him 2nd or 3rd man into the tackle like so many of those high tackle stat players.

Attack he's always been so so.

He's a lock playing second row at the moment though, which doesn't help.

Less talking about other things, more talking about Martin Taupau.

What about him? Couldn't crack at the dogs, average at best... Just in a little bit of form!

He would look with the tigers crap pack! Australia's pack was Off (James T shouldn't be anywhere near Australia)

Very good game. Kiwis just need more discipline and experience. Their forwards outplayed their backs. Taupau was great - looks like he could run through a brick wall.

Ah someone else noticed.

I've been watching Blair closely this game. When Potter and Sheens babble about his stuff that people don't notice they have a bloody point. Every time he runs the ball the dummy half gets a world of space and he reads the play in defense so good. Nailed Cordner in the play before half time, two try savers in that set. He's in career best form.

you wouldn't notice either if he didn't play for the tigers!
