Storm do it the best though so Roosters were outclassed.

They get penalised for it though. They use it to slow momentum. I think that needs a crack down too. 2 penalties for holding down, is 10 in the bin for the 3rd offender.

don't know if it has been said in here BUT why can 2 Storm players go off for a concussion test and be back on the field in 10 minutes. I thought a concussion test was 15 minutes compulsory test. Would that mean Storm got 2 free replacements?
