Well thats a relief. At a cost though Jamal was really hitting his straps & now boom. Hopefully Taylor isnt too serious.

Missing Lyon a lot I reckon, we have leaked a lot of points out wide due to poor reads in defense. The 2nd Panthers try tonight was because of a poor Symonds read.

The match winning try for penriff was superb. How often do you see forwards linking up like that to set up a half for the try?

It edges ever so closer over to the peninsula.

Signs of life for us tonight and a win badly needed. But injuries plaguing us. I really don't mind if rep selectors shun our players, because if we're 4-4 or 5-5 we'll need to make up for it mid season

Some good individual performances tonight, but both teams looked shit as far as teams go. Don't think Panthers would have won against any other team tonight with the injuries before and during the game.

Waqa Blake is hopefully here to stay.

3 and 3, just as we were last year, but with a better for and against.

A much needed win. All is not lost.

It wasn't such a bad game either. Manly wanted to win but we got on a roll midway through the second half and skipped away with possession.
