I don't think we played our best game tonight but that's what a strong defense does, it keeps you in games

Just got back from the game. Surprisingly I'm not that shattered.

Attack was rusty but that's to be expected with Sowies first game back. Isaac John didn't help things either. Will Smith would've been a better option. Moylan had his worst game in memory. Broncos got the rub of the green but that's the way it is with the hometown advantage.

I'm pretty optimistic tbh. Once we get back at somewhere near full strength and oiur attack gels I believe we're in with a big shot

Absolutely gutless referees.
Peachy should have been sent straight off yet these lilly livererd optically challenged halfwits are too pea hearted to do it

If Bird gets 6-8, Peachey should get double

Some of the most disgracefully biased commentary from Hadley towards the Broncos tonight. Literally making me want to throw up.

RE McCullough + Nikorima...

We talk about how pitiful the Broncos line speed in defence can be at times - McCullough is a leader there, and is the first pushing up. Not only is his technique and work rate invaluable there, he's quite the leader in that department.

In saying that, Nikorima offers quite the bit of spark coming off the bench. Good on him and I like the balance we have atm.

It reminded me of hodges on piggy in 08, think he got 5 wks

Send off is for intentional foul play, hard to argue it wasn't intentional when whistle had already blown. Send off is dead.

Try 7 weeks absolute bare minimum, that was as bad as Tony Williams' tackle a few years ago and he got 7 and that is generous. He was lucky to stay on the field!

One week.. Grade 1 Dangerous Throw with no priors. If he does it again they'll hammer him.

Great game guys. Get over your whinging and enjoy what was one of the most enjoyable games of the season. We'll get that one back in September.

I thought Hadley wasn't too bad but you had Wally and Lockyer.

Actuallly Lockyer isn't so bad either. He gave the Panthers plenty of credit for the part they played in n excellent footy game.

Wally....well he's a Wally. He has a lot of trouble understanding that some of those watching might not be supporters of the Broncos.

Grade 1. Lol.

The whistle had gone. Game should stop. Then....

Peachey upends him...full intent.

Grade 4 - 2 for tackle, 2 more for intent...because I'm sure there is a worse spear tackle possible.

Dumb really.

OK lets see, I say no more than 2 weeks, more likely one.

By the way they don't apply extra grades for intent.

You don't get off because you are a 'good boy'. That is the exact spear tackle we have to outlaw, it was beyond dangerous. It was the worst tackle of he year by far. He will get a grade 4, maybe even a grade 5 an rightfully so. It isn't his go I know, but is was a putrid tackle.

Was a pretty spastic tackle. No one was really hurt so I'm pretty much just thinking "lol what a dickhead." I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say it wasn't malicious just heat of the moment and desperate but Jesus Christ what a moron. Should have been sent.

What a load of crap. Wally disagreed with numerous calls that went Broncos way. He's not the massive Broncos fan some make him out to be.

I would say you would in the case of a "dangerous throw".

There is no careless, reckless or intentional division.

If there was, I'd give it a grade 3 intentional dangerous throw.

I feel sorry for Peachey because it's totally not the way he plays but others have suffered harshly before him for tackles gone wrong but he had absolutely no reason to pick him up & less reason to upend him.

 Outside of Anon, you're the saltiest merkin in the Penriff fanbase. Your team matched it with the competitions benchmark with an injury list as long as my dick. Dump the salt and be content, you sad merkin.

I think you're being overy generous with the measurements of your Johnson.
