Nah, Toovey was sacked for 'performance issues', Barrett had to fire out of the gate to justify his sacking. Toovey should never have been sacked.

There was more to it than that, some weird behind the scenes garbage. But Barrett get's at least a few games to show what he can do. Like I said I've got no idea why we signed him over Toovey but I didn't expect immediate results. Shit performance tonight though.

Great game by the doggies certainly showed up the interchange critics. Our forwards look much fitter and will only get better with klemmer back next week and some actual game time in them. Bit of a worry with liicha going down though. Hopefully it's only minor because we are pretty short in terms of backups. I'd say reynolds for mom. He was everywhere in the first half and certainly looks like he has his head screwed on this year.
