And you don't believe chronic or persistent long-term injuries might have impacted his ability to deliver on the park?

Your hate for all things ex-Manly at Canterbury is gold.

:lol::lol:

Tony Williams = absolute shit in his years at the Dogs. Find anyone who disagrees.

I don't hate Tony Williams at all. I thanks god he packed up and went to the Dogs. Des on the other hand.....

Not an "all things ex-Manly" this at all. I thought Hodkinson went well for you and good luck to him. Think you got rid of the wrong half there.....

Sorry Tim but you've got blue and white glasses on here.

No matter which way you look at it Hopoate was an abysmal failure at parra and hasn't played a decent game in 4 and a half years

We were talking about T-Rex but thanks for your input.

Good to see you ignored the first part of the post where you were schooled.

As for T-Rex - I agree he hasn't performed at Canterbury but I also believe his injury issues have probably contributed to him being unable to find his best.

Thanks for "schooling" me

We'll see if Morris is playing round 1 hey? Have heard enough bullshit from Des' mouth (both at Manly and the Dogs) to know not to trust anything he says re players availability.

The biggest injuries She-Rex has is his abnormally small heart and brain. :D

Ok then let me rephrase that:

But when Des said a fortnight ago they'll both be fine for R1 - less than two days after the speculation had emerged - we should just ignore that despite it being the only thing said by anyone connected with the club?

Yes we should, because once again Dessie for the millionth time was trying to play mind games.

I don't see anything but a comfortable Manly win Friday night. We have them in the forwards and backs.

The way Manly finished last year, you can't go past them.

Was Beaver playing for them last year?

So I reckon Menzies to nab a double.

Des?

The "miss the first month" was a rumour perpetuated by the perpetually wrong Massoud wasn't it?

The club never ever once said Morris was to miss the first month - probably for a good reason.

For what it's worth, Hasler actually deemed both of them likely R1 starters a fortnight ago.

Des is good for "typical pre-game bullshit" but I think you've read media speculation as official news.

Yep, those Bulldogs sure schooled me

Well you've been going on non stop about how Brett Morris will play and no one knew what they were talking about. Within hours it's confirmed he his having knee surgery.

That's pretty much the definition of being schooled.
