Brett Stewart apparently expected to be ruled out. Trbojevic to fullback.. who goes to wing?
Brings the Dogs right back into this
Sea Eagles: Siosaia Vave is set to replace Feleti Mateo (ankle) on the bench. Brett Stewart is in doubt with a hamstring injury, with Tom Trbojevic set to switch from the wing to fullback if Stewart is ruled out, and one of Fabian Goodall or Halauafu Lavaka on standby to cover the wing spot.
Bulldogs: Will Hopoate, Moses Mbye and James Graham have all been cleared to return from injuries and will start as named.
Christ if Goodall plays wing, Dogs by thousands....
Why? Like all the other Eels "rejects" that we pick up, he'll likely thrive in a winning culture
Williame will get the spot anyway.......another one of the Eels rejects!
Because it's like putting a large barque on the wing ffs. Except HMS Endeavour would be better under a high ball...
It's not about him lacking ability as a footballer but it'd be like us putting Manu Ma'u or Kenny Edwards on the wing. Lavaka (another ex Eel) has to play if it's between him and Goodall. He's got a few issues but he's a natural winger at least. Williame sucks.
Honest question for manly fans...
I keep seeing things about how manly will improve and be movers this year. Where do you expect that to come from?
Compared to last year, I'd say your halves are not as good.
Your middle is an improvement
Your edge is not as good
Your hooker is neutral.
Your coach is not as good
Do you have a massive amount of players coming back from injury that I've missed?
Koroisau & Parcell will offer a lot more than Ballin, the middle has improved drastically. Edge is pretty similar overall, coach being worse is a complete guess.
The only place they've got noticeably worse is the Halves, whilst improving in virtually every other aspect.
Edit: Not a Manly fan
