What does Watmough have to do with anything??? Were were we talking about the Eels you Pillock???? Wasn't even talking about my club, because 260k of dodgy TPA'S make us a stain on the game. Even though 2m of TPA's a season are fine.

But if anyone thinks the cap is working and TPA's aren't a blight on the game they follow one of the few chosen clubs or just plain geniused. I'm thinking in your case it's a little of column A and a little of column B .........

Upping the cap to 10m, making it a top 35, no second tier rubbish and f**king off TPA's would be a good start. With our new TV deal the NRL can afford 10m a year in grants. The cap as it is atm is a joke. It's a cap for most of the sides while some can do as they please.
