Last year i remember a game we played against a bulldogs side that was really down on talent because of injuries and origin selection and they put 26 points on the raiders in about 10 minutes.

I can never feel safe with the raiders. I can see us playing like damn fools on the weekend and losing. The knights will be fired up. That said we should win, we have more talent. Even with austin and sezer out. We should win in the forwards and the knights have serious issues in the backline

I think our boys will just be happy to be out of the 35 degree heat. As Pete said, we should have them in the forwards.

Would be huge to win back to back games without our halves
Not taking this game for granted

Yep. This is a classic trap game even with our full team. But if we can still win a couple more while Austin and Sezer are out it'll really give us a strong chance to make a decent push for a top 6 (or better) finish.

Andrew Johns to kick a penalty goal on the stroke of full time after Brett Finch puts a twenty metre restart out on the full attempting to find touch.

like the raiders this year and the knights could be the worst team in the NRL in over 10 years. dont think the raiders have a huge amount of points in them without their halves but doubt they'll need them.

Well the Canberra Roosters game was pretty damn ordinary yet it was still on several levels above the Knights  Load up on 13+.

Seriously if the Raiders want to prove to everyone that they've turned a corner this year then they should win this extremely comfortably.

No they don't have Austin and Sezer but their forward pack absolutely shits on the Knights in terms of experience, size, ability, pretty much everything, and the game should be won there without the need for much halves involvement.

The only good thing is at least dickhead Leilua won't be playing so we won't have to watch him carrying on when they trash Newcastle.

We won't get within 20 of any team this year. The last time a squad this out of their depth was running around in the NRL, Tommy Raudonikis was coaching them.

I think it's unlikely and I've tipped the Raiders, but surely the Knights have to produce something other than a drubbing against them or there will be multiple coaches under huge pressure.

Brown won't be under any pressure all year, the Knights had already written this season off before it started.

Wayne Bennett's short termism is the real villain here, him and Nathan Tinkler systematically destroyed the Knights from the inside and it is going to take years to recover.

While this makes me happy in ways you couldn't imagine, you do have to feel for some of their fans. A couple of them anyway.
