Opinion on him varies a lot among Broncos fans. Definitely a lot of defensive work to replace though.

For sure. Auva can't even get a starting spot, and as much as Sam is copping it, the two younger Burgess have been fairly ordinary this year.

Throw in isaac Luke on the losses column and this side is looking closer to the 2004 version than the 2014.

Big loss. His defence in the middle is what we'll miss. He's no Granville out of dummy half or in attack, but he really sures the middle up for us.

Nikorima is quality in short bursts. Jury is still out on how many minutes he can go for and who fills the gaps.

pretty big loss IMO. In defence more than anything. Macca is solid in the middle. Dont think Kodi could play 80

Macca gets through a load of defence. But yeah, Nikorima can offer more variety in attack. Will be interesting to see his effectiveness playing at 9 for the 80 though instead of coming on late in either half.
