I think the pools are spot on BTW for this world cup (at 14 teams)

If the following nations were to qualify (which they are favoured to do), I think it would be

Ireland are getting there and making progress. In 2016 they started competing in U16 and U18 games against England, Wales and France. Check out youtube,

I don't think super pools is a bad idea really. They've served a purpose. This time around though with Aus v England only drawing 22,000 the organisers really haven't taken advantage of it.

IF they were to super-pool in 2021, a 3-2-2-1 format would be better than a 3-3-1-1
