You think their chairman would be one but it won't be the whole Board as they too need experienced people.

It isn't an either or here.
If it ends up a partnership then I would fully expect and like to see the NS CEO or chair on the board.

there are no other established pathways available in the NSW Cup and there are only a few strong clubs in the QLD Cup.
We are potentially talking 5 years+ time, thats plenty of time to establish other pathway partnerships. It presents an opportunity to bring back a jnr system in Sydney that has been lost. That would be a win win imo.

it's like they don't understand how companies and organisations recruit people
This lot doesn’t even know how setting up a company works or entails to even be able to get to the stage of recruiting people. You’re putting the cart in front of the horse but the issue here is the horse doesn’t even exist. Mind boggling how uneducated some are. Comical.

All the magic dust and pixie sprinkles from thin air won’t help here when there is no long term sustainability strategy to be seen which this lot thinks it comes out of cereal boxes. 0 assets to their name - this mob wouldn’t be financially positive for decades, if ever. There is no plans or vision outside we want a team- all secretive. Are they prospective rugby league club operators or are they ASIO? Hilarity ensures. Never met a mob who people claim hold all the cards when the game is being played with chess pieces. Righto!

lol, so much self driven bias guesswork. You have no idea what the business case of the Perth bid is. What's NS going to do if people finally wake up and stop pouring pensions into pokies? Your LC is only putting $130k into the FC, whys that?

They should admit 3 new teams for a 20 team comp - 2 conferences and 2 divisions of 5 teams in each conference - 23 games ( play each other once and teams in your conference twice) - 230 regular season games - currently 204 in the 17 team comp

* Division winners
* 10 Team finals series
* Top 2 in each division qualify for finals
* 3rd place division in each conference wild card play off for the remaining 2 finals spots -the 8 teams that qualified for the finals get the week off while these wild card games are played.

Finals series can either be
* conference cross over finals series
* NFL type one - 2 conference winners play off

Increased sponsorship and naming rights revenue for the divisions/conferences opportunities.

Fairer comp as you play the same teams the same number of time as other teams in your division

Example of a 20 team comp

Conference 1

Division

Roosters
Souths
Dragons
Sharks
Sea Eagles

Division

Eels
Panthers
Wests Tigers
Bulldogs
Knights

Conference 2

Division

Broncos
Cowboys
Titans
Dolphins
PNG

Division

Storm
Raiders
NZ Warriors
NZ 2
Perth Bears

Centy Coast

Where ?, the two clubs you keep banging on about the Mounties and Wentworthville are already under an established umbrella.
Burleigh Bears will not jump in unless they own your club 💯 and the same will go with Brissy Tigers.

Partnerships regularly change. In 5 years time who know who will need a new partner.
In NSW it could be Mounties, Wentie, Newtown, Blacktown or CC. In Queensland it could one of a number fo options who might be looking for a different partner as NRL clubs seek to move to having their own managed systems
