I admire and respect your desire to see your club back, Ive been there myself. Maybe you should reciprocate with accepting that perth people have concerns by a relocation of a sydney club and want to be sure it’s the best thing for Perth.

The perry lakes area is state owned hence why theyve built basketball, RU, athletics and swimming centers there.

Council owned. The current reserve can fit a training centre and 2 fields comfortably. They'd have to negotiate with the council for more land to the immediate north to have everything and 3 fields.

Pretty sure the Western Reds used to train at George Burnett Park

Cafe's and gyms also are in Perth to buy. Cash converters needs to branch into other fields to be a viable long term owner/backer

Current plan is more towards commercial office spaces - new build greenfields, possibly existing buildings to turn over.

Definitely another Leagues Club to accompany Seagulls and Norths. High end gym open to public to be with performance center.

Heaps of options - money is there.
