I got head butted by Kerry Hemsley one night, Backdoor Benny (Elias) was part owner of a club up at Charmhaven called Sylvesters.
In the 80’s all the Tigers players would head up there after they had played, it was our move on to club when Wyong Leagues Club shut at 12.30am as Syllies closed at 3am.
Elias, Hemsley, Steve Roach, David Brooks, Paul Sironen, Scotty Gale, Ellery Hanley were just a few who would come up and get on the drink.
The girls loved Ellery “hot chocolate” Hanley lol.
