bring it on bitches

I reckon the team just picked itself after that tour game.

Johnson, Siddle and Lee, with Clark being chosen over Hauri.

Watch the Pomms prepare a real turner.

They can't just suddenly change their pitch into a turner and from reports the pitch isn't taking as much turn as suggested. The spinners in County cricket at this ground haven't had much of an impact.

just needs a wire brush

Their suppossedly great up and commer leg spinner Rashid didnt do to well in the tour game

Be kinda funny, hilarious actually if they rigged it to spin square, then marcus north and michael clarke take 15 wickets betweeen them in an aussie win, id take that :D

so what is everyone gonna be watching FOX or SBS ?

They will play Hauritz if the Pitch looks like it will turn.. I don;t think they should but they will. North has one game to go well otherwise Watson will be a walk up start...

Yeah agree, they will think its insurance taking Haurie if its looks a turner, BUT sure as then nose in front of their faces, do they know the bloke isnt going to expoit those conditions???

Clarke, Katich and North can all rip it on a turning track and would be far more deadly.
I guess the concern is that they dont want their top 6 batsman bowling to many overs, then cant commit as good with the bat

he bats a bit like Afridi but honestly his bowling wont have anyone shaking in their boots

it will depend on the commentators for me whether its Fox or SBS

SBS brings you the 2009 Ashes Test Series. The First Test is live to all centres. From Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, UK. Hosted by Stuart MacGill, Greg Matthews and Damien Martyn, and our man in the UK, Rodney Hogg.

Not sure about Fox, Julian, Border. M Waugh ?

FOX will probably use the SKY commentary, which is normally very good.

They won't be the commentators. Last time they went to the Channel 4 commentary so whoever has the FTA coverage in England would be SBS one I suspect.

We MUST play Hilfenhaus this series, English conditions are made for him.

He won't get a game unless Johnson or Lee go down injured... These two are the new ball bowlers so Hilfy won't play unless he is getting the new pill.

I don't think there is any FTA coverage in England except for perhaps Highlights. I suspect SBS will be taking it from Sky Sports.

No idea who the Aussie Commentators will be. Probably whoever Fox Sports have sent.

Watson will injure himself walking up to the start, thats the issue

Hear Tubby Taylor on Wide World of Sports this morning saying that Glamorgan whenever they've played at Cardiff have always played 3 spinners when they've played there.
