Here we are

Australia's next international

I'm worried about the makeup of the side, particularly Johnson

Happy for either Faulkner or Bailey to bat at 6

Bailey will bat 4, Clarke 5, Smith 6. Well that is the way I would go anyway. Takes a bit of pressure off Pup.

Warner started his Shield campaign poorly vs Tassie, Does he need a good dig to get selected for the 1st test or doesn't matter? I'm worried Hughesy boy will get a score and get picked

Sunshine is out of the first test according to Foxsports

Gabba not really a spiner's pitch but I guess its our selectors we are talking about

Oh didn't realise, poor dear hope he will be ok for the ODI world cup...

Yes Faulkner in , easy change that one

Yep that's right, not a spinners deck. Warne was real successful there, so selectors thinking is lets play a another leggie to keep that success going *hits head on brick wall*

Warne could bowl anywhere, except India

he did well at the Gabba because of his bounce and top spin, problem is no one else comes near him in ability

would love to see Faulkner get a gig, he deserves it

Johnson anywhere near the Test side is f**ked, our selectors really are on another planet.

Faulkner however wouldn't be a bad selection

If there's not Watson Clarke has to bat 3 IMO.

Here's a smoky - what about a recall for the rug?

He'd be a sh*tload more deserving than that useless piece of sh*t Johnson. Would love to see him get a ruin, even after getting slaughtered on that Adelaide road last time they were down here his test figures still stack up nicely.

I wanna see Bailey given a chance in the test arena however my problem that I can see is him being exposed as a dog average long form batsmen as his averages over the past couple of seasons suggests. I honestly think he'll out edge Phil Hughes to the slips. His one day form is outstanding but so was Watsons for ages and his test form was rubbish. Hope im proven wrong and that Bailey delivers.

Shouldn't even be a smoky, the inform pace leftie atm

they will pick Johnson cause he said he changed after having a kid, and he also said he likes the way harris was bowling bouncers to the poms cause that's what he used to do and would like to do again. Get with it Timbo, selectors have fallen for this shit again, johnsons the man to hand poms 4 consecutive ashes series

wont happen

Big push for Ahmed over Lyon at the Gabba cause another leggie in Warnie took a lot of wickets there

Okeefe shafted as per usual

Might..just might be because O'Keefe hardly got a wicket in the last Shield match!
