Umm because of the weather and we have to win this test. Look at what happened 3 years ago. We wan't as long as time as possible to bowl them out. A nastily little 45min/hour at them tonight will be perfect. How many do you think we need derpster????

I'd have the poms batting on day 4 or 5

day 3 at the Gabba is as good as it gets for batting although the ball is still doing a bit
