f**k I hate slater. It's hard to believe that a guy as dense and as lacking in knowledge about cricket played for his country.

He was the most smartest player Slats, getting out in the nervous 90s. And apparently he was said to haVe an abrasive personality, most people kept calling him an absolute prick for his histrionics when he did play and failing to sometimes differentiate his personal life from his professional life (ie the Rahul Dravid bump ball catch in a test match in Mumbai which had him carrying on like a porkchop! "Look mate, I caught it, I caught the damn thing!" )
