Warne has always had a thing against him.
Just did a bit of digging and found it traces back to Warne apparently labelling Starc as "soft" 5 years ago. Not particularly good timing, considering that at the time, the team was still emotionally doing it tough after Phil Hughes' death:

Ever since then, Warne has held some weird grudge against Starc, like he has with Steve Waugh, Scott Muller, John Buchanan, Stuart MacGill, Steve O'Keefe and the list goes on and on....It was absolutely laughable in commentary today. Warne just couldn't bring it in him to say anything good about Starc, and it was so blatantly obvious, he didn't even bother to hide his strong dislike of him.
It would've been absolutely hilarious if Starc took all 10 wickets in the innings.
Wasim Akram: "Congratulations to Starc, only the 3rd player in test match history to dismiss an entire team along with Jim Laker and Anil Kumble. He's simply one of the best........
Shane Warne: ".....For me, Cummins and Hazlewood were the best bowlers for the Aussies. Yeah, they didn't take any wickets and went for 0/85 and 0/101 respectively, but they were by far the best bowlers, couldn't fault them at all"
He's so lame...
Guess Starc wouldn't donate to Warne's "charity"
By "charity", you mean his family members, extravagant spending on events such as poker and much more..
